И усилиями персонала все сведено к тому, чтобы охладить стержни реакторов. И не дать им расплавиться. И ликвидировать возможность взрыва самих реакторов.
И в результате после закачивания воды морской в реакторы. Там выпало в осадок до 35 тонн морской соли в каждом. И эта соль коркой изолирует сами стержни от воды.
От этого стержни все время нагреваются. И уже расплавились порядка 60 процентов. Вода же закачиваемая в реакторы, или выходит в виде пара в атмосферу. Или непонятным для самих японцев, каким образом. Попадает в прибрежные океанические воды.
Атмосферные выбросы уже обошли земной шар и вернулись к самой Японии. Вода же радиоактивная. Будет разнесена течением по всему земному шару.
Правительства Японии 31 марта 2011 года приняло решение закрыть АЭС Фукусима1.
Конечно решение верное. И закрыть ее надо так. Чтобы погасить и реакцию стержней. И не дать взорваться сами реакторам.
Конечно, есть разные мнения. Покрыть их реакторы смолой. Но я думаю: смола, как и все смолы просто расплавится. Но окончательно ничего не решит.
Вот засыпать их надо капитально и навсегда.
Я думаю, что для этого подойдет смесь порошка шамота с глиной. По принципу создания огнеупорных кирпичей. Которыми обкладываются домены печи. В литейных цехах. Эти кирпичи выдерживают температуру от 1400 до 1800 градусов.
Конечно шамотная смесь, имеющая в своем составе каолин. А глина, ее много в Средней Азии. В пустыне. И в отвалах на приисках. Глина имеет свойства при замесе ее с водой. А потом после обжига в печах. Приобретать высокую твердость огнеупорность. И герметичность внутреннего содержания, того что она закрывает
Поэтому в реакторы надо засыпать с вертолетов и самолетов. Таких как Антей. И глиной, и каолином, и другими составляющими и синтетической смолой в том числе.
При нагревании такая смесь будет тушить стержни. И если даже первоначально будет взрыв, и выброс смеси. То она не будет вращаться в атмосфере, а снова упадет в сам реактор. И постепенно количество и глины надо добавлять. До такой степени пока сами стержни перестанут действовать.
В Росси много заводов изготовляющих подобную смесь.
И я думаю, что такой выход их положения сможет создать корку типа саркофага. Которая, закроет мир и от радиации, и от выбросов в атмосферу: и йода 131, и плутония.
А вода, даже водопроводная. Снизит количество соли в реакторе. Но не снизит выброс радиоактивного пара в атмосферу. И не ограничит попадание воды в океан.
И конечно изолирование Российских ученых атомщиков в решении этой проблемы. Я не поддерживаю. Только сообща со всеми странами можно решить такую мировую проблему.

Путин, просто сделал ход конем в сторону, уступив свое место. Другу и соратнику, его первому заместителю Д.Медведеву. Пусть тот управляет, набирается опыта. Ну а потом, он В. Путин снова заступит на свой постоянный пост Президента России. Уже на целых два срока по четыре года. А может потом и навсегда, до конца жизни как это принято в России.
Но все течет, все меняется. Конечно взяв не себя пост Премьер Министра России. Но потерпел фиаско. А фиаско в том, что министерства, это эмбриональные государства, в государстве. Практически не управляемые системы. И входить в их дела и контролировать их работу. Необходимо, прежде всего, знания специфики, самой отрасли министерства. А их более 40. И поэтому приходить на ковер, и ему докладывать, вешая лапшу на уши просто. А вот проверить их фактическую работу. И управлять работой самих министерств. Такое ему никто не позволит и он сам этого не сможет произвести, из-за отсутствия элементарных знаний основ управления промышленностью. Поэтому рейтинг его, В.Путина быстро упал. И, несмотря на его пускание дыма в глаза всему народу, его полеты, на сверхскоростных самолетах, поездках не гоночных машинах, его любовь к животным собакам, тиграм, снежным барсам. Его любовь к театру и прочему. Уже не повышает его рейтинг в обществе. А ставит только один вопрос. Кто же вы на самом деле мистер В. Путин?
И недоверие к В.Путину растет не только в России. Но и во всем мире.

Он вот так взял и просто заявил: Что, « Россия от него В. Путина.
Просто устала». И, « если он будет выдвигать свою кандидатуру на выборах Президента России в 2012 году». То в России, вероятно, повторится « Египетский сценарий». США хотят пересмотреть свои отношения со всеми авторитарными режимами.

Ну, это извините прямое предательство интересов своей страны и своего народа. И потом, работая в Питере еще при Собчаке, занимался мафиозными разборками на Кавказе. И пользовался там авторитетом. Но каким авторитетом? И у кого, у самой мафии?
И был другом самого мистера Х- Кавказского вора в законе ,который даже позволял себе вольное отношение к личности В. Путина. А потом после восхождения В. Путина. Был расстрелян бандитами или.. в центре города.
И кто помогал В. Путину взойти на трон?
В. Березовский известный своими махинациями в Тольятти, его В.Путина финансировал, в предвыборную кампанию. А где он? Он сейчас прячется в Англии. А почему? Потому, что тоже хотел управлять Россией через В. Путина. Но тот ему не позволил.
Роман Абрамович, российский миллиардер. Хозяин заводов подводных лодок, огромных яхт, кучей замков, и самолетов. Этот в друзьях. Скупил по дешевке акции золотых приисков за копейки. А потом продал за 16 миллиардов народное достояние.
Ходорковский владелец компании ЮКОС, тоже его друг. Уже 6 лет сидит в тюрьме. Лишь в этом 2011 году ему вынесли приговор 13,5 лет тюрьмы. А за что? Не отдал свою фирму в руки В. Путина.
Вот у Чубайса все окей. Тот скупил все акции Газпрома. И конечно я уверена, есть подставные лица, которые имеют акции долю, их для В. Путина. Иначе и Газпром уже бы сидел в тюрьме. А что лично Чубайс сделал для Газпрома? Разведку газа не делал. Трубопровод не прокладывал. Скупил акции народное достояние. И кладет незаработанные денежки к себе в карман. Первое место занимает в мире по стоимости кампании.
У В. Путина есть и свои замки. И свои фирмы за границей. На случай если придется бежать из России.
А избиение журналиста О.Кашина, газета «Коммерсант». Это тоже его рук дело. И Сергея Тополь. Видишь ли, нельзя ничего компрометирующего его личности В. Путина издавать в прессе. А если у него все чисто. Что чего ему бояться? Как у Штирлица. «В связях его порочащих. Не состоял».

Что он живет с гимнасткой Алиной Кабаевой. Которая, родила ему сына.
Однако В. Путин узнал, что такая статья может выйти в прессе. Предпринял жесткие меры к издателям, и распространителям этой информации.
Мистер В. Путин это ваше личное дело с кем жить. Но политики вашего ранга не должны себя вести подобным образом. Закрывая рот прессе. Живите с А. Кабаевой, и с кем хотите. В воскресенье 20 марта 2011 года состоялись массовые выступления в поддержку Брэдли Мэннинга.
Эти выступления прошли в разных странах и городах.
Большое количество людей приняло участие в митинге протеста

В воскресенье 20 марта 2011 года состоялись массовые выступления в поддержку Брэдли Мэннинга.
Эти выступления прошли в разных странах и городах.
Большое количество людей приняло участие в митинге протеста
У ворот самой базы Квантико. Молодежь с транспарантами выразила свое не согласие. К содержанию Брэдли Мэннинга в тюрьме в жестоких условиях.
И протест против его содержания в тюрьме.
В ответ было выставлено несколько сотен полицейских и военных для разгона демонстрации. Они были хорошо оснащены в противогазах, с газовыми баллонами на груди, со слезоточивым газом. Щиты, бронетехника, военные маски и автоматы.
Против невооруженных людей? Чтобы показать свою силу. Силу диктаторской, полицейской страны.
Полиция не ожидала такого количества народа. И стала оттеснять их подальше от территории базы. Произошли столкновения с полицией. И более 30 человек манифестантов были арестованы. And in all technical universities, even in the financial departments, physics was taught in two semesters. And we have a teacher of physics, has been a fan of his subject. При развитом социализме. Студенты обучались в ВУЗах страны пять лет. И фундаментальные дисциплины преподавались добросовестно. И во всех технических вузах даже на финансовых факультетах, физику преподавали по два семестра. И у нас преподаватель по физике, был фанат своего предмета. И мы с удовольствием ходили на его лекции и принимали участие во всех его проводимых опытах связанных с электричеством и выполнении самостоятельных работах.
Но самое интересное было это проведение экскурсии. В институт Ядерной физики при Академии наук.
Мы, конечно, всей группой выехали на экскурсию. Институт расположен далеко от города. И вокруг института расположена зеленая зона деревьев. И на многие километры ни одного жилища для людей.
Конечно, все там произвело на студентов второго курса впечатление. Начиная от специальной одежды и кончая самим реактором. Нам подробно все рассказали, все показали и объяснили. Назначение института. И какие научные работы там производятся.
Мы спустились в зал, где расположен сам реактор. Посмотрели: как он выгляди. Реактор, где-то средней мощности, среднего размера. Там полная чистота и порядок. Ежесекундное измерение радиации. Всякое случается. Но как нам сказали все под контролем.
Показали нам и зал, где находится пульт управления. И счетчики, которые у каждого работающего там в кармане. И при входе и выходе измеряется уровень радиации. И если показания на счетчике, у кого, либо работающего на станции, доходит до определенного установленного нормативами уровня, то человек должен уволиться со станции.
Но все это произвело на нас впечатление, но не такое как. Поле нашего посещения ямы во дворе института.
Это большая яма. Закрытая, сверху или тугоплавким стеклом, или прозрачным пластиком.
Там на дне ямы бегали живые кролики. И лежали огромные камни булыжники диаметром не менее 40 см. И все это сияло зеленым светом. И камни разноцветным, смотря на их природный цвет. Нам сказали, что они получили большую дозу облучения.
И конечно такое произвело на меня ужасное впечатление. Когда живое светится как источник света, как лампа, как луна и как солнце.
И в этом и есть весь страх облучения. Ни боли, ни запаха, ни ощущений.
Просто облучение уничтожает все красные тельца в живом организме. И получается белокровие. Спинной мозг не может восстановить организм. И все органы не могут работать в таких условиях. В этом заключается смерть. Смерть всего живого.
После взрыва на Чернобыльской АЭС. Мне говорили. Что река Припять ночью тоже так же светится.
И в данный момент Японии стараются хотя бы снизить результаты
Повреждения на реакторах. И установить саркофаги. На Чернобыльской АЭС тоже устанавливали саркофаг. Но после 20 лет под ним ничего не нашли. Потому что все вышло в атмосферу.
И на реакторах в Японии надо сделать все, чтобы заглушить реакцию стрежней. Они плавятся. И не допустить, чтобы были взрывы самих стержней. Но как сделать такое. Я думаю, даже ученые всего мира не знают.
Просто надо население близко расположенных районов, удалять на безопасное расстоянии. И в этом случае 30 километровая зона не является безопасной для людей. Я написала про зайцев лишь с той целью. Чтобы не допускать такого свечения самих людей. Японцы и так много уже страдали от радиации. После сброса ядерных бомб Америкой после Второй Мировой Войны в Хиросима и Нагасаки.
И я желаю Японии быстрее справиться с таким бедствием.

Давно слежу за прохождением судебного расследования в Англии. По делу Юлиана Ассанжа, и обвинению его в изнасиловании двух девушек в Швеции, и действиями Английского правосудия, и Шведского.
Не хотела открытым текстом писать свое мнение. Но их действия вынуждают к этому откровению.
Во первых: Если в Швеции есть такой закон: « что секс без презерватива, является преступлением».
То девушки, вступающие в половые отношения с иностранцами. А Юлиан Ассанж, является подданным Австралии. Должны предупреждать партнера. И иметь при себе презервативы.
Я думаю, что больше нет ни одной страны. В которой, есть такой закон. Секс без презерватива, есть преступление?
Которое, карается двумя годами тюрьмы.
Во многих странах женщины и девушки регулируют этот вопрос сами лично. Вопрос наличия противозачаточных средств, вступая в половые отношения с партнером. Это вопрос самой женщины, прежде всего.
А получается, раз эти Шведские девочки легли спать с партнером.
По своему собственному желанию. Не предупреждая партнера об этом, и во второй раз во время сна происходит секс. То в первый раз это нормально, и соответствует закону. А второй раз это уже и изнасилование, и нарушение закона?
И надо выносить приговор, партнеру дать ему на два года тюрьмы.

Ведь всем все и так понятно. Конечно в каждой стране свои законы. Но не до такого, же уровня pardon некомпетентности.
В России, например каждая проститутка, на Ленинградском проспекте имеет целый запас презервативов разных размеров.
И она сама согласовывает с партнером, как они будут проводить сексуальные дела. В Азии, например. Вообще запрещены использовать презервативы. Поэтому там и рождаемость высокая. И детей в каждой семье на менее десяти. И попробуй азиату одеть презерватив. Он выйдет на улицу. И скажет только, что ему такая жена не нужна. И все полный развод. Женщина сама принимает решение рожать ей или нет. Ведь сейчас везде полно противозачаточных средств, в виде таблеток.
И сами действия Шведской прокуратуры?

Уму непостижимо. Устраивать там свои конференции и общение:

И приняли одно лишь решение выдать Юлиана Ассанжа, для рассмотрения его дела в Швецию.
И почему и прокуратура, и адвокаты Юлиана Ассанжа. Не приглашают на суд самих свидетелей. Этих двух прославившихся на весь мир девушек. Пусть они на суде расскажут, как все происходило. И представят фактические доказательства. Что их именно изнасиловал Юлиан Ассанж?
А если такого нет. То Юлиану Ассанжу надо открыть встречное дело. О ложном обвинении Шведской прокуратуры, и именно самого прокурора, выдавшего на его имя ордер на арест, и нанесение ему Юлиану Ассанжу морального ущерба. За его унижение перед всей мировой общественностью.
Дело президента Б.Клинтона. В его овальном кабинете. Тоже долго рассматривалось. Но потом получив ответы и Б.Клинтона, и Моники Левински. Пришли к единому мнению. И простили их обоих. Америка уничтожает Россию!
В том, что развал СССР, оплота социалистической системы. Основанного, на учениях Марксизма-Ленинизма. Организовала поступательно и методично сама Америка. Уже все знают и никто в этом не сомневается.
Это был, прежде всего, страх. Страх самой Америки. Ее боязнь распространения социалистической системы во всем мире. Страх за свои капиталы, прежде всего.
И это был бой. Война двух систем. Капиталистической и социалистической. И основанием к созданию этих двух систем, были разные. В Америке это выходцы их всех стран всего мира. Причем в основном, связанных, с криминалом. В социализме выходцы из простого не видавшего в своей жизни роскоши и богатства, простого рабоче-крестьянского народа.
Рабочих и крестьян.
Бурное развитие социализма в СССР, не давало Америке покоя.
Конечно во входящих, в СССР до 1990 года, 15 союзных республиках. Существовало социалистическое разделение труда. Плановая система ведения хозяйства четко регулировала выпуск и промышленного производства. И продукции сельского хозяйства. Страна СССР была великой державой с населением 250 миллионов человек. Народ жил и дышал свободно. Молодежь училась. До 80 процентов молодежи получала высшее образование, Рос научный потенциал. И 100 процентов детей получало среднее и специальное образование бесплатно. Медицинское обслуживание бесплатное. О безработице вообще никогда и не было речи. Каждому было обеспечено рабочее место. Только из СМИ.
Просачивались сообщения, что в странах капиталистической системы есть безработица, и она составляет 8-10 процентов.
Страна СССР начала в своем развитии и экономических показателях обгонять Америку. И в создании ядерного вооружении, и в развитии космоса. И в отличие от Америки не проводила свои испытания на других странах. Как Америка в Японии. Сбросила две ядерные бомбы на Хиросиму и Нагасаки. На мирных жителей.
Такое превосходство развития СССР, Америка никак не могла допустить. И она направила все силы, чтобы уничтожить такого сильного соперника.
Даже бывший начальник ЦРУ, выбросился из окна со словами русские идут. И все способы достижения своей цели для Америки были хороши.
И главный способ. Это подкуп действующего руководства СССР. Лидеров ЦКПСС. Которые, действительно вышли из народа. И в какое-то время забыли о своих обязанностях.
Когда на их личных счетах в швейцарских банках стали появляться доллары.
Америка старалась внедрять все новые и новые системы вооружения. И чтобы не отстать от нее правительство СССР играло в игру с Америкой, не уступая в выпуске своего аналогичного оружия.
А иногда и превосходящего, ее Америку. И это тянуло расходы бюджета СССР в одну сторону. В сторону гонки ядерного вооружения. А надо ли было такое количество оружия производить? Которым, можно и сейчас уничтожить весь мир 10 раз. По 10 килотонн взрывчатых веществ на одного человека в мире.
И такая гонка за Америкой. Привела к тому. Что руководство СССР. забыло о том. Что все в этой жизни течет, и все меняется. И перекос бюджета сказался на развитии промышленности и сельского хозяйства. И создания передовых средств, производства обеспечивающих новою продукцию в промышленности и сельском хозяйстве. Основные средства пришли в полную негодность. Оборудование сроком 70 лет выпускало продукцию. В сельском хозяйстве. Крестьяне как жили в деревянных домах без воды, газа, центрального отопления, и сантехнических принадлежностей. Так и живут сейчас.
И конечно не создавалось новой техники для производства промышленной и сельскохозяйственной продукции.
Новых систем обработки земель. И все это привело к тому. Что продуктов питания, не стало в магазинах. Промышленную продукцию устаревшую и низкого качества никто не стал покупать.
И золотой валютный запас ЦККПСС, партийная касса ЦККПСС, которая создавалась 70 лет, исчезли за границей в неизвестном направлении. И где находится сейчас, на самом деле история молчит?
И после развала СССР в 1990 году. К власти пришли лидеры. Которые тоже стали иметь счета в зарубежных банках. Которым было главнее иметь дружеские отношения с самой Америкой.
И казалось бы браво Америка!
Развалила такую великую державу как СССР!
Которую за пять лет войны 1941-1945 г. г не смог развалить Гитлер.
Со своей мощнейшей армией, флотом, и авиацией.
И теперь нет той угрозы миру, нет такой возможности, что вирус социализма распространится в другие страны, и дойдет до самой Америки.
Но продолжение следует.
Следует уничтожение личное, существования каждой союзной, республики вышедшей из состава СССР. И целенаправленное и постепенное, уничтожение самой России.
Не просто пришлось всем республикам, входящим в СССР.
После его развала. Пошло массовое переселение населения в разные страны. Только из России выехало 20 миллионов людей.
Полностью развалившая промышленность. Уже не поддавалась реанимации. Социалистическое разделение труда. Которое было направлено на выпуск определенного вида промышленной или сельскохозяйственной продукции. Сделало заложниками сами республики. Республикам пришлось. Создавать самим. Все и промышленность. Всех подвидов производства продукции. И сельского хозяйства, для того чтобы обеспечить жителей своих республик. Продукцией первой необходимости. И это было не просто.
Но тяжелее всех перенесла это разделение сама Россия.
В Россию хлынул поток переселенцев. Из стран бывших союзных республик. Россия не была готова к приему такого количества переселяющихся семей.
Она лишилась гарантийной охраны своих границ. Границы остались не защищенными. И в этом не было необходимости при вхождении бывших союзных республик, в СССР. Все республики входящие в состав СССР, расположены по всему периметру границ самой России.
И в эти республики, уже имеющие статус самостоятельных, и независимых. Конечно, пожаловала со своей «опекой» Америка.
Со своей «помощью». При условии размещения на их территориях своих военных баз. Поближе к Росси. Ведь ни одна ядерная ракета США, не может достичь территории России из самой Америки.
В отличие от самой России. Которая, обладает такой системой вооружений. Что две три ядерные ракеты выпущенные из самой России. Могут уничтожить Америку. Совсем с лица земли.
И установка США противоракетных комплексов. Носит оборонительный характер. А также не исключает возможности и использования ядерного оружия и протии самой России.
Отсюда и возмущение самой России. Ее протест. Не против такого размещения. Приглашения республик в члены НАТО.
Которые ведут военные действия под бесспорным руководством самой Америки.
Это действующие сейчас военные конфликты в Ираке и в Афганистане. Не санкционированные, резолюцией ООН. И всем мировым сообществом.
А самое главное продолжение СЩА, разрушения России.
Это опять же подкуп. Но теперь криминальных систем в России. Систем, которые уже успели проникнуть и в само правительство. И даже руководит и диктует свою волю Кремлю. Силовики в России это сами себе господа.
Америка достигла в разрушении России своего апогея.
Достигла пика развала России.
Россия стана не поддающаяся централизованному управлению. И неизвестно что будет с ней завтра?
В России всем руководит криминал. Расцвет, доминирующий воров в законе! Криминал не дает развиваться самой России. Не дает развиваться малому и среднему бизнесу. Криминал скупили все государственные ведущие компании в России.
В России царит атмосфера нищеты в деревнях. Безработица среди молодежи 10 процентов. Инфляция. Проституция. Казнокрадство. Взяточничество всех систем власти.
Поступление заработанных денег, в бюджет страны всего лишь 40 процентов.
Россия существует при полном развале, ничего не производя. За счет роста цен на нефть.
И это уже полный конец. Куда еще распадаться России? А народ все терпит. И, молчит.
Вот только: сколько он еще будет молчать? Не известно.
Но народ, победивший во всех войнах с захватчиками.
Победит и войну с криминалом.
Если Америка займется своими делами. А бог ее и так наказал.
Ее загнивающий капитализм, наконец, то сгнил. И они переходят сами добровольно на социалистический уровень развития.
Вливая в банковские расходы бюджетные деньги. Поддержка государства своей страны. И был принцип социализма, которого все так боялись и ненавидели.
Так не лучше же всем вместе объединиться и строить то.
Что было лучшего в каждой общественно политической формации. А не продолжать войну. Уничтожения других стран. Во имя своего благополучия.
Благополучия всех стран живущих на нашей планете Земля!

Америка старалась внедрять все новые и новые системы вооружения. И чтобы не отстать от нее правительство СССР играло в игру с Америкой, не уступая в выпуске своего аналогичного оружия.
А иногда и превосходящего, ее Америку. И это тянуло расходы бюджета СССР в одну сторону. В сторону гонки ядерного вооружения. А надо ли было такое количество оружия производить? Которым, можно и сейчас уничтожить весь мир 10 раз. По 10 килотонн взрывчатых веществ на одного человека в мире.
И такая гонка за Америкой. Привела к тому. Что руководство СССР. забыло о том. Что все в этой жизни течет, и все меняется. И перекос бюджета сказался на развитии промышленности и сельского хозяйства. И создания передовых средств, производства обеспечивающих новою продукцию в промышленности и сельском хозяйстве. Основные средства пришли в полную негодность. Оборудование сроком 70 лет выпускало продукцию. В сельском хозяйстве. Крестьяне как жили в деревянных домах без воды, газа, центрального отопления, и сантехнических принадлежностей. Так и живут сейчас.
И конечно не создавалось новой техники для производства промышленной и сельскохозяйственной продукции.
Новых систем обработки земель. И все это привело к тому. Что продуктов питания, не стало в магазинах. Промышленную продукцию устаревшую и низкого качества никто не стал покупать.
И золотой валютный запас ЦККПСС, партийная касса ЦККПСС, которая создавалась 70 лет, исчезли за границей в неизвестном направлении. И где находится сейчас, на самом деле история молчит?
И после развала СССР в 1990 году. К власти пришли лидеры. Которые тоже стали иметь счета в зарубежных банках. Которым было главнее иметь дружеские отношения с самой Америкой.
И казалось бы браво Америка!
Развалила такую великую державу как СССР!

И теперь нет той угрозы миру, нет такой возможности, что вирус социализма распространится в другие страны, и дойдет до самой Америки.
Но продолжение следует.
Следует уничтожение личное, существования каждой союзной, республики вышедшей из состава СССР. И целенаправленное и постепенное, уничтожение самой России.
Не просто пришлось всем республикам, входящим в СССР.
После его развала. Пошло массовое переселение населения в разные страны. Только из России выехало 20 миллионов людей.
Полностью развалившая промышленность. Уже не поддавалась реанимации. Социалистическое разделение труда. Которое было направлено на выпуск определенного вида промышленной или сельскохозяйственной продукции. Сделало заложниками сами республики. Республикам пришлось. Создавать самим. Все и промышленность. Всех подвидов производства продукции. И сельского хозяйства, для того чтобы обеспечить жителей своих республик. Продукцией первой необходимости. И это было не просто.
Но тяжелее всех перенесла это разделение сама Россия.
В Россию хлынул поток переселенцев. Из стран бывших союзных республик. Россия не была готова к приему такого количества переселяющихся семей.
Она лишилась гарантийной охраны своих границ. Границы остались не защищенными. И в этом не было необходимости при вхождении бывших союзных республик, в СССР. Все республики входящие в состав СССР, расположены по всему периметру границ самой России.
И в эти республики, уже имеющие статус самостоятельных, и независимых. Конечно, пожаловала со своей «опекой» Америка.
Со своей «помощью». При условии размещения на их территориях своих военных баз. Поближе к Росси. Ведь ни одна ядерная ракета США, не может достичь территории России из самой Америки.
В отличие от самой России. Которая, обладает такой системой вооружений. Что две три ядерные ракеты выпущенные из самой России. Могут уничтожить Америку. Совсем с лица земли.
И установка США противоракетных комплексов. Носит оборонительный характер. А также не исключает возможности и использования ядерного оружия и протии самой России.
Отсюда и возмущение самой России. Ее протест. Не против такого размещения. Приглашения республик в члены НАТО.
Которые ведут военные действия под бесспорным руководством самой Америки.
Это действующие сейчас военные конфликты в Ираке и в Афганистане. Не санкционированные, резолюцией ООН. И всем мировым сообществом.
А самое главное продолжение СЩА, разрушения России.
Это опять же подкуп. Но теперь криминальных систем в России. Систем, которые уже успели проникнуть и в само правительство. И даже руководит и диктует свою волю Кремлю. Силовики в России это сами себе господа.
Америка достигла в разрушении России своего апогея.
Достигла пика развала России.
Россия стана не поддающаяся централизованному управлению. И неизвестно что будет с ней завтра?
В России всем руководит криминал. Расцвет, доминирующий воров в законе! Криминал не дает развиваться самой России. Не дает развиваться малому и среднему бизнесу. Криминал скупили все государственные ведущие компании в России.
В России царит атмосфера нищеты в деревнях. Безработица среди молодежи 10 процентов. Инфляция. Проституция. Казнокрадство. Взяточничество всех систем власти.
Поступление заработанных денег, в бюджет страны всего лишь 40 процентов.
Россия существует при полном развале, ничего не производя. За счет роста цен на нефть.
И это уже полный конец. Куда еще распадаться России? А народ все терпит. И, молчит.
Вот только: сколько он еще будет молчать? Не известно.
Но народ, победивший во всех войнах с захватчиками.
Победит и войну с криминалом.
